The energy grabs you and immediately has you moving your arms, waist, hips, and legs to a blend of Latin merengue, African soukous, and Caribbean soca rhythms. LAC® is a low impact/high energy choreographed workout designed to target your cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump fun through your veins. Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor Training Program

This 8 hour interactive workshop teaches participants everything they need to know to become an indoor cycling instructor. Bike fit, cycling physiology and mechanics, proper riding technique, the Schwinn Cycling Coach's Pyramid, class design, scheduling and music selection. Attendees will participate in two hour-long rides. A basic group exercise or personal training certification is recommended but not mandatory.

This is a preparation workshop/seminar for the CSCS and NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer certifications. Topics covered include Structure and function of the muscular, respiratory and cario systems; biomechanical concepts;' anaerobic and aerobic training adaptations; metabolic and nutritional aspects of exercise and training; client consultation, fitness assessments, measurement and evaluation; free weight and machine exercise technique; aerobic exercise and interval training; speed development and plyometric training; anaerobic exercise prescription, emergency and legal issues in personal training/coaching; training special populations; leadership training for strength coaches and personal trainers.
