All classes include warm-up, muscle-specific stretches, isolation work and cool-down.
A high–intensity approach to shaping and strengthening the midsection. Highly energetic instructors will lead participants in an abundance of abdominal, oblique, and lower back exercises. This 60–minute class will build the muscles of the trunk and raise the heart rate to help shed the fat that has been hiding that washboard stomach.
Feel the burn as you use hand weights, exercise tubing and even your own body weight for high–repetition resistance. You will increase your strength and muscle tone.
Get ready, get set, get wet! Individuals of all different ability levels can benefit from this class that includes various low-intensity exercises done in the water to help alleviate stress on knee and ankle joints. The class is done in water that will not exceed head level so the ability to swim is not necessary.
