Principles of Self Defense, is a non-gender specific class that will teach you measures to enhance your personal safety. Learn how to avoid being a victim, survival skills, and basic self defense techniques. Presented by the VCU Police Department at Cary Street Gym.

The Cary Street Field check in building will be closed for renovations Feb 4 - 12. During this time, access the field through the Mary and Frances Youth Center on Linden Street.
*Cary Street Field will be closed Saturday, February 6 for maintenance, it will be re-open on Sunday, Feb 7.
