-  Current Plus One Membership holders
-  Current Alumni Membership holders
-  Current Faculty/Staff Membership holders

How do I sign up a team?

Entry forms are available at the service desk at both the Cary Street Gym and the MCV Gym.  The entry form and entry fee must be turned in before the listed closing date for each particular activity to ensure your inclusion in a league.  Please note: $20 service fee is charged for returned checks.

What if I don’t have a team?

Free Agents should email Bob at rafankhauser@vcu.edu  and you will be placed on a list that team’s will have access to if they need players.  Please include your name, email address, local/cell phone number and which sport(s) you are interested in playing.

If enough free agents sign up for a particular sport a “Free Agent Team” may be created.  We cannot guarantee that you will get picked up on a team, but we make every effort to get the free agents playing.

When do we play?

The designated captain will receive information via email that will include rules, regulations and website information for schedules, etc.

We are tentatively planning on team sports playing 2 games a week for 3 weeks, to be followed by a playoff week.  Provided your team does not forfeit a game, you will play at least 6 games.

If you have any other questions please contact Bob at rafankhauser@vcu.edu  or the Intramural Office at 827-0325.

Conduct Ratings

A conduct rating system has been implemented in an effort to ensure that Intramural participation is a positive experience for everyone involved. We want all participants in our programs to enjoy a healthy spirit of competition. The rating system is a based on a 1-10 scale, which represents a team’s conduct during their participation. Your team must maintain a 7.0 average or higher throughout the regular season to be eligible for the playoffs. Your team’s average must remain above a 7.0 during the playoffs to remain eligible.
