Small Group Training

Small Group Training offers a coach to guide you and 4 to 12 fellow exercisers in a 4-10 week program. This program is designed to challenge, and gradually advance your fitness skills in a specialized area. In a small setting, your coach will focus on goal-setting and allow time to have more personalized instruction. By the end of the program, you master measurable skills and move through basic, intermediate and advanced classes as you progress.
